We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, both the gentlemen and the ladies at the front desk, were extraordinary. They went above and beyond to help us, from showing us the location of the Bank of China to assisting with translation from Chinese to English. Their kindness and helpfulness really impressed us. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. the staff and the cleanliness were the best aspects of our stay.

Hotel staff was helpful with requests in general and gave us good recommendations for nearby restaurants. the hotel gym was nice and well-equipped. the hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and attractions within walking distance.

The hotel rooms were not as clean as expected and had a moldy smell. the carpets were stained and the bedding did not seem freshly washed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and we had an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the front desk employees. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping centers, which made it easy to explore the city. Another great aspect of the hotel was the complimentary breakfast provided every morning - it was a great way to start the day!

The location of the hotel was convenient, with close proximity to Shanghai Disneyland. the front desk staff even accompanied guests to local establishments, such as the Bank of China, showcasing their exceptional customer service.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with stained carpets and unpleasant odors.
